Not all pre-made (non-custom) wallmounts I make are one-of-a-kind (OOAK). But even then, every piece is inherently unique as the latex pulls and paint job are never 100% the same.

To be considered OOAK in this case, it must be a design/concept I've decided not to replicate in the future and is competely unique. 

All zombie wall mounts are made from bad pulls, so while each individual zombie is different (depending on how the pull went and where it may have had major issues), the concept is the same. A zombie will be made every time a pull goes wrong, so even through no bad pull is the same and each zombie will look very different depending on the pull and how I decide to decorate it, I wouldn't consider them OOAK even though they are.

If you see a wall mount marked "OOAK" anywhere in the listing, it is a design/concept I have decided to stay unique and not replicate in the future, but I may make a similar design based off of it at some point.





Shipping Policy


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Thanks for visiting my website! Unfortunately I'm not at the point where I'm able to handle orders outside of the US on my own quite yet. I am more than happy to direct you to my Etsy for the time being, as Etsy handles all the VAT and tax information for me! If the item you want isn't listed or is out of stock on Etsy, please message me via the contact form/email, via Etsy, or via any of my social media platforms (all @mantodeamarket) and we'll work something out for you!

TRACKING:
All items are shipped with a tracking number, no matter how small the order. However, stickers cannot be tracked unless purchased through Etsy. Sorry :(

SHIPPING PROFILES:

Default, Stickers, Sculptures

All items that can be shipped through an envelope are in the shipping profile "stickers", all items that need to be shipped in a bubble mailer (pins, keychains, bundles, etc.) are in the shipping profile "default", and all items that must be shipped in a box (sculptures, wall mounts, etc.) are under the shipping profile "sculptures".

***At checkout, the shipping prompt will tell you that items will ship separately if you are purchasing items with different shipping profiles. This is not actually the case and all products ship together if purchased together. Unfortunately I am unable to change this and you will have to pay for each different shipping profile's default price. For example, if you are purchasing a sticker and a pin, you will have to pay the shipping prices for both ($0.75+$4.00) but if you are purchasing two items under the same profile, like a pin and a keychain, you only pay the flat $4.00, not $8.00. You are only paying per shipping profile, not per item! I apologize that I can't change this issue.

All wall mounts and sculptures have the option of being available for pickup at events. Please be sure you will be able to pick up at an event that Al will be at (see their events here), because there will be NO refunds for no-shows.




Return Policy


The shop must be contacted within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in order to receive a refund.

Mantodea Market will pay for all domestic return/exchange shipping.

Custom and Commissions Policies:

The shop offers a lifetime guarantee for unlimited repairs for all custom and commissioned pieces. All the customer needs to pay is the shipping to send it to us, then Mantodea Market will pay to send it back to you. We ask this of the customer as repairing is a service. Mantodea Market’s policy does not allow custom or commissioned pieces to be refunded unless the shop is at fault for damages or address errors. During the creation process, the shop will be in constant communication to make sure the piece is exactly how you want it. For this reason, customs and commissions are not eligible for refunds due to lack of satisfaction. Mantodea Market is not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customer.

Non-Custom Policies:

RETURNS

All non-custom/non-mystery bag items are returnable for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in order to refund you. All domestic non-sticker packages come with a return shipping label that is already paid for, so the customer does not need to pay anything for returns.
Items sold outside of the US will require the customer to fill out a customs form at their local post office. Al will help with the forms and will compensate for the return shipping.

EXCHANGES
All non-custom items are only exchangeable for other similar products of equal or lesser value (i.e. exchange one enamel pin for another, exchange one sticker for another, etc.). Mystery bag items are only eligible for exchange if they are unopened.

REFUNDS
Items MUST be returned to recieve a refund (even if they are broken or defective), unless the package is lost or missing, in which a refund can be given. Stickers that have been used are nonrefundable.

Mantodea Market will issue refunds for any issues or mistakes made on our end.

There are no refunds for no-shows for event order pickups.

Mantodea Market is not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customer. Mantodea Market is not responsible for any missing packages after they have been marked delivered by the postal service. If your package went missing during shipment, you are entitled to a full refund or full replacement at any time.
